Retaj Group, represented by Retaj Real Estate and Retaj Hotels & Hospitality, concluded its participation in the “My Career, My Future” program in collaboration with Qatar Career Development Center during July 2025.
The initiative aimed to introduce high school students to professional work environments and career pathways.
Students were welcomed at the group’s main headquarters and at Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel on July 7th, 8th, and 9th, where they gained firsthand insights into real estate management and hospitality operations. The program provided practical exposure to daily business functions, industry standards, and professional best practices.
To mark the conclusion of the program, Retaj organized a special recognition ceremony at Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel. The event was held in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Eid bin Naif bin Eid Al Thani, Representative of the Chairman of the Board, who presented certificates of appreciation to the participating trainees.
His Excellency expressed his pride in the promising young talents and reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to empowering national talents and supporting workforce development through active private sector engagement.
This initiative reflects Retaj’s strategic focus on promoting practical education and strengthening youth readiness for the labor market, in alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030.
